Is it true TV's MX fee has gone up 67.8% since 2006? Why?
According to inflationdata dotcom, the rate of inflation since 2006 is 11.2%
2007: 2.85% 2008: 3.85% 2009: -.34% 2010: 1.64% 2011: 3.16% 2012:
I was at TV in Nov. on my comment card I commented on the large increase in maintenance fees since 2005

The maintenance fees have increased, while some of the amenities have disappeared such as breakfast, wine & cheese owners get together
