isla Mazatlan update needed

Oct 05, 2012

greetings from sunny Oregon. We purchased time share property at Isla Mazatlan but are having trouble contacting them. Has anyone seen the property recently or have any contact info for them. Any help would be appreciated as we'd like to go stay there but if they're not even in business anymore, we'll look elsewhere. Appreciate any input good or bad!!!!

You should be aware. A friend of mine got scammed by that company. He read an article about the mexican timeshare fraud and it's being very helpful! as far as i know he cold contact the company and is getting his money back.

I've never heard of that company, but we advise people to contact PROFECO (the consumer advocacy agency in Mexico) if they think they have been scammed or defrauded by a Mexican timeshare resort or company.

You say he is "getting his money back" ..... tell him not to hold his breath ..... in looking at their webpage they look like just another timeshare scam operation. What they will do is tell the customer that they have his refund and that he needs to send them a large amount of money in order for them to send him his refund when all they will do is keep his money and he will never hear from them again.
