Whats the difference between a grand luxe villa master suite ownership and a luxx master suite ownership?

In the absence of other comments, I thought I would take a stab at answering Nancy's question.

The Luxxe Villa Master Suite is about 2,800 SF and the lock off second bedroom is about 1,000 SF with a "living room". The living room area in the second bedroom does not have a kitchen, but it does have a small refrigerator and a microwave oven.

The entrance to the bedroom area has a door for privacy. The bath, which is between the second living room and the second bedroom has two entrances: one from the bedroom and one from the living room.

This unit is called a Jr. Villa and it has two decks - one off the living room and one outside the bedroom.

The living room area has a hide-a-bed. Therefore many people claim this is a separate bedroom, making the unit a three bedroom unit rather than a two bedroom unit.

Not so with the Grand Luxxe Master Suite. The second bedroom is equivalent to a Hotel Room.

The villas are located on the corners of each building. The Luxxe suites are located between the corner Luxxe units.
