RCI Points fee

What is the yearly fee to be an RCI points member? I let my RCI lapse back in 2006 and now they want to charge me $300.00 to reinstate me. I can join Interval International for $89.00 a year.

You can't join II and use RCI points ... I have no idea what the yearly fee is to be an RCI points member, but it seems they want to charge you $300 to be reinstated.
