one bedroom own ,can only use it every other year,

but we pay taxes and maintainces on it, why? We also own a 2 bed but that we have every year. Its a rip-off on the one bedroom, any feed-back on this.

We own a 2 bedroom every other year.. However you pay the maintenance fee every year but it is only half of the amount others are paying that use it every year.. So if your fee is $600 for a week every other year, you would pay 300 this year and then 300 next year. Others would be paying 600 every year...

Thank u for the reply, understand in what your saying, I know it is far less than the two bedroom we have, my thinking is we should only have to pay man and taxes for the year we have it. thank you
