Ruth Hunt or Jennifer Portera

Met Ms. Portera on CL advertising a rental for Ms. Ruth Hunt(owner) @ governor's green. She stated to have advertised here on Redweek.com previously. I wanted to know if anyone has rented from her in the past and what their experience was. Any info would be of great help to me and my family as we have no money to throw away via scam artist.

I've never heard of CL Advertising, but I would recommend that you rent from a member of Redweek that's posted an ad for the resort/time you want.

The ad at CL could be legit and then again it could be a scam. Whomever you rent from just be sure that there's a contract in place stipulating the terms of the rental and signed by both you and the owner.

I have atempted to rent from Ruth Hunt with disasterous results. She would email and tell me she would get back to me and never follow through. After weeks of attempting to contact her about this, I got an angry response explaining how "busy" she was and would get with me when she had a chance. If your looking for service I would look elsewhere.
