Mayan Resale Scam: Are American Equity Value and No Hassel Vacations the same operation?

Received a proposal from AEV (see related thread on American Equity Value) a bit over a month ago and let it pass by. Now we have been contacted by a representative of No Hassel Vacations with a similar pitch. Comparison of the AEV (http://americanequityvalue.com/) and NHV (http://nohasselvacation.com/) websites would lead you to believe that they are the same operation.

They could very well be the same ... as don said simply ignore anybody that cold calls you out of the blue soliticiting to sell your timeshare ..... they're all scams.
