Makai Club Cottages ownership

I own a Makai Club Cottage and would like to discuss Wyndham's billing processes. 1st is there any one with a points based membership? , and when do they bill you for that point based membership. 2nd same for the fixed weeks 3rd same for floating weeks

I am a fixed week and am billed January 1st for that year. What I am looking for is someone who gets billed a year behind : example , getting billed for 2012 fees on May 1st for a fixed week in May
