you own 800,000 points with marriott and don't understand the program? points are much better than fixed weeks unless you want to go away the same time every year forever, then try finding someone that wants to go away that week forever, when you want to sell it. points can be used for one night to as many as you want. you should just rent them like the other person said on redweek like alot of other owners do to offset their maintenance fee's.
