Annual Maintenance Fees
I own the first 5 weeks of every year at Sunset Cove Resort, Marco Island, Florida 34145. I recently received 5 bills for maintenance fees from your company as well as Orange Lake Resort, 8505 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Hwy., Kissemmee, Fl 34347. Their phone number is 407-239-5140. My Crown Club or Summer Bay Resort number is (owner number) 214083 and my contracts are #277233-CC, 34, 35,36 & 37 all for Unit # 506. I know that Christina Bush does not work there anymore. I have never been notified of any change in the ownership or management of Sunset Cove Resort. I only found out by calling Sunset Cove to ask where my annual fees bill are.
