You can just as well sell your timeshare yourself if you price it right (supply and demand of the resort and time owned) on internet timeshare resale sites such as Redweek. The biggest mistake is OVER pricing it in your ad.

The one recommended here on RedWeek is First American Title. Other legitimate, recommended ones are JRA (timeshareresaleclosings.com) and Timeshare Transfer.
Also, Legal Timeshare Transfers is a cheaper, effective alternative if you do not need escrow service.

Thanks for suggestions for title companies. I have been searching all over for this information! I need a cost for transferring a timeshare.
