Rental rate for holiday

I will be listing a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit at Wyndham Skyline Tower in Atlantic City, NJ for the week over the 4th of July. Any suggestions on fair rent to charge. I know it is early and I haven't really found any similar listings except for Las Vegas. Just looking for suggestions. Thanks!
