Has anyone used this company? Is it reliable? I could find no listing in the Georgia BBB or in the reverse phone look-up. Thanks, Sandy

Yes, I have used them for THREE separate intra-family ownership transfers in very recent months. I found them to be very competent, quite efficient, and very good with their communications. The two women who primarily conduct the operation are named Lisa Short and Mary Pless. Costs are also very reasonable at about $125 per transfer, plus resort transfer fees (...if any are charged by the resort), plus applicable county recording fees. This is by far the lowest price structure I've ever encountered for timeshare transfers.

HOWEVER, unless I am mistaken, these folks do NOT perform any "escrow" services (receiving and later disbursing buyer funds). Essentially, I believe that they ONLY handle transfers in which NO money is actually changing hands between the buyer and the seller. If there are purchase / sale funds involved, you may have to use a reliable "full service" (i.e., also includes escrow function) closing entity instead ( such as JRA Services or Timeshare Transfer, Inc., both located in Florida). If you need those escrow services, your incurred total closing costs will be around $300. Good luck.

Ken,

Thanks for your response. This does sound doable as I am just to pay closing costs and transfer fees--no other money involved. Thanks, Sandy
