belaire/u resort in puerto vallarta

we just filed appeals to american express and visa making the case that we have never received the services that we paid for when we purchased at belaire in 2007. even though its been over four years, we've made the case that we gave belaire time to deliver what they promised so we didn't file with amex or visa. (note: we filed with both companies because we made a down payment with our amex card and then another payment with our visa card). we shall see. we also filed a complaint with Profeco and have a hearing in September. I encourage everyone to contact their credit card companies and Profeco and the Mexican Tourism office. Paul A.
