Poor Service by Interval International

We are member of II, for at least 15 years, always enjoying a super service thru their Israel office. Aprox one year ago or more, they closed the office and began to give the service thru an 800 number and in Hebrew. The difference is that they are always understaffed, poor knowledge on the properties and long waiting time.
One week ago I asked to talk with a Manager in order to file a complaint and was told that somebody will call within 2 hours. Well still waiting.
