1. lower your price to the lowest in the listings for the time you're renting

2. be aware that not all timeshare units can be rented or sold .... it all depends on supply and demand of your resort and time that you're renting

I HAVE AND STILL NO TAKERS-I GIVE UP!!!!!

where is your timeshare....we rent alot

Use a rental agreement .... you can 'search forums' for a sample rental agreement.
