How to file a complaint against club landor with bbb -takes a few seconds

Club Land'or is the rip off of the century, they charge nore assessment than what they charge for maintenance and the aount of money that you pay for maintenace is not worth they joint that they are running there. When I went to Club Lando'r as a prospectus buyer they showed me a model of their cabins, which I liked then when I took my first vaction to Bahamas with them I found out the hard way that the place is a dump, the rooms are very tiny, they have showers very small showers like30"x30" sq. also the beds are one full size in a tiny room and in the other side divided by a curtain is a sofabed which I open to check it out and it fell to the floor because it was broken and dirty. I went back to the office to complain and they gave me another room where I found out that the A/C was not working, I went back to the office to complain, then they gave me another room which was a little cleaner but the embarrassment that I suffer with another couple that came with us was terrible. On top of all that at the end of the week when we were checking out they charge us $20.00 a day per person. With all this said I do not understan how thy can get away with this scam and nobody can do a thing to stop them.

How do we file a complaint for BBB and where in U.S. or Bahamas? Any information would be greatly appreciated. We have to do something. I feel I could have written that above letter as have had the exact same experience. Thank you

There is no BBB in the Bahamas like we have in the USA and even if there was - Land'Or is headquarted just outside Richmond, Va. I have looked at the BBB down there for Land'Or many times and there are complaints but you can't see any detail and they all seem to be resolved so I am sure its not the stuff we are complaining about. I have never dealt with a BBB but from what I see it appears they are not doing much because if they were - Land'Or would have black marks. Complaining to the BBB about them in my opinion is not going to do one thing. Land'Or is a corporation that resides in Henrico County but its not the same as a consumer business doing bad things to customers like a Kmart, Sears, Starbucks,etc.

Just filed a complaint with the Richmond BBB against Landor.....We are so fed up with this company that we are looking into every avenue to deal with these crooks.

Please notify me how to file the complaint. These people have harassed us for years and won”t stop. They are garnishing us to death. This is over these ridiculous assessments. They also double charged us and never provided accurate accounting. They have already swiped 3300 from our bank accounts, and going to take more. We went to court back in 2013!!!!!! I could not testify because I just had neck surgery and the judge would not postpone the trial date. He ruled in their favor. How can they do that when I wrote all the correspondence, talked on the phone, sent all the emails and faxes, but I Do not get to say one word in my defense? How rigged was our trial? This was Virginia Beach. These people are sharks nd I think the court system may be behind it.
