If you have a timeshare to sell, then undertake the time and effort to sell it yourself -- at a tiny fraction of the "upfront fee" cost. Give it away for FREE if you have to (...and you very well might have to exactly that, in this economy) but DON'T EVER give ANYONE one red cent "upfront". If you choose to do so, you will not be a "victim" --- you will instead be just another unwise VOLUNTEER.
There is an old saying that "a fool and his money are soon parted". Please don't be one of those fools...
