Looking for info on Exchange International. They claim they can help get your payment back from scammers. They are licensed in FL and charge $311

Just a different "flavor" of scammer. Don't throw your money away. If you nonetheless voluntarily CHOOSE to pay money to thieves like these, you are not a victim -- you will instead be just just another volunteer making an expensive bad decision.

Inflation, inflation. That same company called me a few months ago asking for only $279.
