timeshare

This is simply a reflection of the current economy, where a luxury like timeshare ownership can be more of a liability than an asset. Unless your timeshare is of a high demand location and season, chances are good that you can't even GIVE the timeshare away right now.does anyone see any movement in the market? i've got one for sale but havent gotten a bite at all. maybe some advice on pricing?
As far as "pricing", my advice just states the obvious --- make very sure that your price is BELOW any and every comparable week advertised anywhere for that particular facility. Even then, the odds are not at all with you in this economic climate.

To be honest, I don't believe the timeshare industry will ever recover from this recession ..... people have learned that timeshares are a luxury and when they get ready to sell it, many can't even be given away.
I believe the timesharing industry is a thing of the past much like the Model T Ford ...... also, millions of people have learned the hard way that their timeshare holds no value in the marketplace today, but the maintenance fees keep rising each year to pay for those owners that have chosen to quit paying ..... the paying owners have to take up the slack for non paying owners.
