has anyone heard of exclusive sales. they are asking for 1300.00 to list.from all the info on web, sounds like another scam

ANY and EVERY "listing service" on Planet Earth which charges an upfront fee is just a deceitful ploy contrived to legally separate you from your money --- nothing more, nothing less. NONE of them will ever sell your (...or anyone else's) timeshare. Period, amen.

This bunch, whoever / wherever they may be, is no exception. Run away --- fast and far. Enough said.

Daniela, I was looking at the different topics here and found your info. I signed up with the exclusivesales about a month ago and so far it is been ok. I got few bites on my unit already let's see what happens. I let you’ll know

If you are not just a (very unconvincing) shill for "Exclusive Sales" (as I personally believe that you ARE), and you later come back to these forums to claim the first "success" in recorded history with an upfront fee lising entity, please make certain to provide the state, County, and book and page number of the newly recorded deed at that time, so that readers can then examine and determine for themselves the legitimacy of any such future claim of "success".

With such facts provided, examined and independently confirmed I'll stand up (...no, I'll actually JUMP up) to be corrected --- but I'm not the least bit concerned that I will ever need to do so, as those FACTS won't ever actually exist in the first place. Nice try, but keep in mind that not EVERYONE here just fell off the proverbial "turnip truck"...

Not negative, just very knowledgeable and well experienced in this particular subject area. When you actually have a "success" to report (with accompanying documented facts, which we both know you will NEVER have) THEN you can affix labels and make judgements. In the meantime, your vague and fuzzy claims of "getting bites" simply lack any actual substance or credibility whatsoever.
