Christmas Week Rentals

This is my first time renting my Timeshare out for the week of Christmas, does anyone know when people will start to consider rentals for Christmas. I listed it on July 2, 2010.

Hopefully your timeshare is in a location that's popular at Christmas .... if so, I don't think you listed it too early.

When is a good time to find a time share rental in the Nassau / Paradise Island area. Am I past the time to find a good unit for a fair price or is it the right time as people are just deciding they want to rent thiers for the season.

If renters have good sense, they should be hunting for Christmas week reservation a good 6 months ahead. However, they will probably wait till Thanksgiving! I had an August week for rent (2 actually) and got no responses till a few days before I would have had to cancel to save my points. Then I got three, two within minutes of each other! Had to refuse the last one. MD
