Third party handling service such as First American Title Insurance Co.

I would appreciate anyone who has been renting their timeshare to let me know what they think about going through First American Title Insurance Co. rather then doing it yourself. Would appreicate your input. Thank you

That's a question only you can answer .... if you feel comfortable renting without an escrow service then do it, however if you're not comfortable renting without escrow, I wouldn't do it .... it may cost you more using escrow but it insures peace of mind, however the renter may not go along with escrow as they do not receive their rental fee until a few weeks after the rental.
