Smart Choice Timeshare Realty - great resale co!

We just finished all the closing details of a timeshare we bought through Smart Choice Realty in Arizona, and couldn't be happier. We wanted to buy a used timeshare and after looking for quite awhile, decided to take a chance with this company. They were very knowledgeable, gave us great advice and put our closing through in record time. We were very impressed with their customer service - they went above and beyond what we expected. As far as we are concerned (we already own 2 other timeshares) they are a great resale company and we strongly recommend them.

Your review is nice as a buyer but what about owners selling? Do they charge upfront fee's?

What do you mean by a used timeshare because after first week is used at a new timeshare resort they all are used timeshares!

People need to understand there is a big difference in going through these companies as a buyer and a seller. As a buyer you might pay to much or pay high fee's for all the closing but as a owner trying to sell is when these companies scam you out of upfront fee's.

It is great that this company did their job for you as a buyer but would need more information about selling before I would promote a resales company.
