Has anyone heard of Transfer on the Spot (transferonthespot.com)

No .....

I checked out their webpage but didn't really garner any information on their business practices ..... they could be similar to a 'postcard company' that charges you $3500+ to take the timeshare out of your name using power of attorney.

A postcard company is a company that explains all kinds of misinformation to you and then tells you for $3,499.00 they will take your timeshare off your hands. I called and went through the entire presentation with them over the phone. So if you want to pay someone to take your timeshare they will oblige. There are many ways to get rid of your timeshare without paying someone $3,499.00.
