Need advice with condo purchase

I have a chance to buy a 1br 2ba patio ground floor (unit B-1061-1000 Sq Ft) unit at the Playa Grande Resort in Cabo. The sale price is $2400. We will split the closing cost. The seller paid the maint fees, which will allow use of unit this year. Annual maint fees are $594 with the Right to Use to 2033. Is this a good deal?

Only you can answer that question .... why not try checking around the internet to see what comparable weeks are selling for at that resort.
