Lifestyle Crown Villas and RCI
I put a hold on a 3 bedroom ville for Spring Break. I then contacted RCI to find out the All-Inclusive cost. They told me it at first was $799 for the week and upon calling again $799 per day. I had a friend go who just paid $900 for the week through an owner. Why as housing is already paid( through an exchange), am I paying $5600 for a week when through an owner it is $900? I am not sure what benefit is left to being a part of the RCI community.

Is the resort mandatory all-inclusive or can you choose not to be included? I would make sure of this before I chose that resort .... your friend may get a surprise if he arrives and it's a mandatory all-inclusive resort.

Major dissappointment for your guest should you ever choose to let others use your time share. We had the most horrible customer service and was asked to pay more for better treament. We were not allowed to go to most of the beaches. The food was horrible and limited. Another guest reported being robbed of his credit card by the security guard. Our children were asked to leave the beach since they had a blue band and we had gold bands. Then there was no recourse. I was told by a manager that the Dominican Republic is not a free country. If we didnt like the service we could leave. Dont worry Lifetime, I would never return.
