CNI Time Shares and Renting your Weeks

Jan 11, 2010

Has Anyone Listed with CNI Time Shares in Florida. What has been the out come of your experence. Mine is they just take your money and say they will sell your time share. Never hear from them again. I was new to this thinking I could sell my time share but now looking at renting for the first time. Just post my two weeks for rent. Hope the out come is good. Any advice on what to watch out for when renting out your weeks?

Never, ever pay a resale company an upfront fee to (supposedly) sell your timeshare .... they're all scams.

As far as what you can rent your weeks for, that depends solely on supply and demand and time owned .... try looking at comparable rental weeks at your resort to see what they have rented for ..... if you don't get some replies to you ad in a month (depending on your rental dates) then keep lowering your rental rate, but note that some timeshares cannot be rented at all and this economy is not helping.

Thank you for your input. I did set up weeks to rent out during the Thanksgiving week and the Week during Christmas. Was luck to get those holidays this last Monday reserved. Hope to have them rented out my July 1 2010.Will see what the out come will be.
