Has anyone tried to purchase a resale at TMC only to have TMC exercise their rfr?

I have talked to the re-sale dept. at MC. They did say to talk with them prior to any re-sale. Not sure if that was mandatory. By the way, are you selling and if so, through who? Hard to find any dependable re-sellers.
