Points

Currently purchasing a timeshare at this resort, however, how can I verify that the timeshare points will be included in the sale? Do I need to look at the deed? How do I confirm that the points are included in the sale of the timeshare. Sue and Joe purchased the timeshare two years ago.

I am purchasing a points timeshare. According to the resort, the exchange program membership is separate and apart from a purchaser's ownership of a unit. Please, can someone explain what a RCI points consent form is and why is a applicable fee given to the Developer . I appreciate any information.
