Global Resorts Netwok ? Validity of age

There seems to be a strong question in play here as to the validity of the existence of Global Resorts Network. Is it THE COMPANY they've Partnered with that has been in existence for over 20 years OR Global Resorts Network themselves? If Global Resorts Network itself is NOT a 20 year old company you cannot advertise that is it ( false advertising ) Who is the company they are partnered with that is 20 years old? Why are they not mentioned? and is this said company aware of the advertising being promoted about Global Resorts Network being a 20 year old company? instead of the partnered company that IS probably 20 years old?

I've found nothing of Global Resorts Network itself being a 20 year old company. Please advise here in this form for all to see the facts.

If my questions are answered sufficiently I may be interested.
