Maintenance Fee at Williamsburg Planatation

Hi,

I am quite new to Timeshare, and thinking of purchasing a binnial 2BR Williamsburg Planatation unit at a resale market - hopefully though Ebay. However, what I am not certain is about the maintenance fee. On the listing I found on Ebay, it is stated as $355 every other year (only billed on the use year), and it seems to be TOO cheap for such property... Is there an easy way to check properties' maintenance fee to make comparisons?

This is about right. I own 2 at the Plantation one annual and one bi-annual. The bi-annual maint. fee is $350.

I also own there, and the maintenance fee is about $350 for a bi-ennial timeshare. We have a 4BR lockout unit (2BR upstairs and 2BR downstairs) where you can use one or both or trade one or both. Very versatile.
