I'd ask the resort directly. I'm sure at least one employee at the resort knows the location of the nearest laudrymat.

I 'googled laundromats in Nassau' and came up empty. You'll probably have to wait until you get there or, as Mike suggested, phone of email the place where you'll be staying.

Hmmmmm.... Apparently the wearing of clothing is not encouraged in Nassau...... Pity!
