maintenance fees

We have never received as of yet our maintenance fees for the year 2009. Has anybody else received theirs? We've contacted Wyndham 3 times concerning this. The last time I talked to them on the phone I asked them why it was taking so long. She said that the board has not approved them yet. The board was supposed to have a meeting coming up she told me but didn't have the exact date. She then told me that the maintenance fees would be due the first of February. She also said our statement should come within the first weeks of January.
