help/advice on resale

Can anyone tell me some specifics about ownership at this resort? Im considering resale and want unbiased opinions like...whats the trading value? History of maintenance fee increases. quality of upkeep to the resort. Are all owner units considered "penthouse?" What is current developer price for units? What is the beach like? How well equipped are the units and square footage. The "living space" in pics seems pretty small. Thx
