Has anyone had experience with Elite selling weeks for you?

NO, but if they want an upfront fee don't use them. Most upfront fee companies are scam artists. You will say goodby to your money and get nothing in return. Stan

Well said. Disregard this very good advice at your peril.

If you give your money to thieving upfront fee parasites (who will NEVER sell your timeshare, by the way), you are NOT a victim --- you will instead be a willing VOLUNTEER who ignores both history and good advice!

We got a 2 year membership with this company with our Mayan Palace TS purchase. They will sell your week at min 150% over maintenace fees but the maintenance fee must be paid first. If they cannot sell it in the year you get the week(s) banked with RCI.....Does this make sense? Thanks

Do they charge an upfront fee to list your timeshare for sale? If so, don't bite. If they charge no upfront fee, then it seems like a good deal.

There have been discussions in these forums concerning Grupo Mayan .... you might want to go to the forum search feature and check them out.
