Curious about Newport Coast Villas rentals

I am considering a resale week of Newport Coast Villas, likely platinum plus week fixed.

If you have ever rented out your week at NCV (or were the renter), are the prices I'm seeing on Redweek accurate for the actual renting price? Just trying to gauge how much a platinum season or plat plus (July 4th) week go for.

Apologies for double post. I can't seem to find how to start a new topic.

We are considering in June with our son and his family. We are pretty flexible on dates and there seems to be lots of availability. we would like to get 2 individual 2 BR units but would like to be near each other. Is there a way to determine where the units are so we can book 2 that are close to each other? Thanks in advance.
