Looking for someone to give me an overall review of Laurel Springs Resort

I know this resort is one of the older ones, and I'm a little concerned that the premesis may show the age, and the units be outdated with old furniture etc. Old places generally have smells that don't go away - we stayed at a lovely place last year for vacation, but the moldy old smell made me sick, and we had to actually leave and go rent a motel before our vacation was over.

Tell me the good things and the mediocre, and of course the things you think you would want to know if you were preparing to purchase a unit at Laurel Sprints Resort. Thanks so much!
