I am looking at timeshares in Hacienda Del Mar. For a one bedroom, for instance, the asking prices vary by thousands of dollars. Is there some hidden difference I don't know about?

Asking prices vary for the same type unit for different reasons; season owned, whether it was bought resale or from the developer, unit configuration, how much was invested in the week when bought, if the owner wants a quick sale or not, etc.
