Getting a Rental Processed

This is very difficult to do!!! I have been trying all week to get a rental but there seems to be a lot of red tape involved and am not getting any of my calls returned from the company in charge called Global Resort Management Services. If ANY OF YOU are directed toward them and their # is 800 447 0309, I would advise you to look elsewhere to process a rental through! I never knew it would be so difficult to do business with a company.
