I am considering selling my timeshare at the Atlantis Harborside but unsure how to figure out the actuall resale value to be asking for it. How would I go about doing that or can you suggest someone who i could talk with? It is a 2 BR sleep 6 , even years in week 37. thanks, CM

Take a look at what is currently available for sale on RedWeek.com that is similar to your week and go from there. Be sure to be competitive.
