Maintenace Fees

We are considering purchase of a resale and want to know if the taxes and insurance are billed separately from the maintenance fees. Also, have there been any special assessments charged? Thank you

There are no taxes and insurance fees. Annual maintenance fees are charged based on the type of unit you have and the frequency you can use it. There was a special assessment two years ago. Typically, the maintenance fees increase every couple of years. If you're interested in a one bedroom ocean view unit for use one week every year, we are in the process of putting ours up for sale. Maintenance fees have been paid through 2007, and not used for this year.
