I think the maintenance fees, exchange rate, rci membership prices are getting higher than what you can rent them for on forums like this. I also think Orlando has a glut of timeshares. I have owned at Vistana Resort for 25 years and still love it, but would love to sell because of these reasons. Plus, Vistana will not let Falls owners use points even though they are the favored area. More like a resort than multi-story apartments.
