Opinions of Existing Owners

I am considering purchasing a week at Los Tules, but have a few questions that I hope existing owners will answer.

The maintenance fees are extremely high. Do the owners feel this is justified? Have the fees increased consistently every year?

I have read some negative reviews on the resort. Any truth to them?

Do you regret owning at Los Tules?

Our timeshare is with Royal Holiday. We like the resort in Puerto Vallarta but feel it is way overpriced for maintenance compared to other timeshares.Also, you can not have your time carried over so if you can't use your time one year you lose the points and still pay the fee.
