New Owner

Hi, we recently bought into Lakewood Resort through a resale. Can you share some experiences that you have had in the past. Owners, exchangers, renters. We're looking forward to using our week. (33) Been going to the lake for some 30 years now, and never get enough of it. Getting crowded though. Have you heard about the ice storm. Sound like millions in damage. But I understand Lakewood escaped the destruction. Any information would be helpful. Thanks
