Anyone have any dealings with Innovative Timeshare Resorts or Innovative Resorts International

All I know is what you stated in your initial post below:

I do not have access to BBB and Dunn & Bradstreet type resources. I was hoping that based on the info. I provided above someone else (who did have such access) might be able to confirm a definite connection between IRM and ITR and IRI based on commonality of office location or personnel, etc. I'm looking for useful FACTS (which, if they are posted here, will in turn help others reading this thread) NOT potentially libelous speculative opinions about IRM.
You say that you're quite capable of coming up with your own uninformed speculation about this company and not potentially libelous speculations about IRM that you accused me of ..... evidently you're not quite capable since you could have found these facts YOURSELF via the internet .... if you posted on Redweek's forums then you HAVE access to the internet .... you need to learn how to research via Google or other search engines .... via my searches there are many more complaints then those below, however I don't have time to do more of your research for you.

Their phones are disconnected. I listed two timeshares and received two apparently phony offers. I accepted the offers and they didn't close. They didn't return phone calls sine July, 2012. I filed complaints and my bank is now handling the fraud complaint.
Since early October several other companies have called wanting to realist my timeshares or offered to recovery my monies from Sharp Innovations LLC. The State of Florida attorney general warns of these practices. The Georgia BBB has an F rating for Sharp Innovations LLC. 41 complaints, failure to respond to their inquiries. Rumors are going around that they have been shut down and sold our info to other scammers. Do not pay any upfront monies to any of these re-listers.

The ones calling now are new scammers. You are now officially on the " sucker list ". Once you get taken in by one scammer they sell your name and info to other scammers. Report them to the attorney general in the state where you live and the state they claim they are working in. It's too late to recover the money you lost but you can prevent being ripped off again.

I was scammed of $800 by sharp innovations as well last year...I.just don't know who to report to...My experience with them had made me to lose interest in dealing with any company again..Anytime any company calls me about time share or any kind of biz, I just hang up my phone. I've been scammed three times when it comes to time share but the latest was sharp innovations.. Neither there phone nor website is working..Can't trust any biz org anymore

If you signed a legally binding contract to purchase your timeshare then it's yours until you sell it or give it away = changing ownership.
