boobier To Susanc924, 1. They are not in association with either RCI or Interval International. 2. They are not apart of R&R Venture Group or PRL / EPS 3. They don't work for Guy Russell or B.J. Cooke. 4. I'm not going to ask you to go. BUT, Where was there meeting planned? It also could be a SCAM.susanc924
bobbier, how do you know the above?????

I just got off the phone with an organization that will be at Logans Steak house in Plainfield Indiana on the 8th. This sounds just like the same people that ripped us off for 8600 dollars last year. They are calling me back on the 5th to confirm my attendance. I must leave for work in a few minuets, thinking of stopping by the police station where I filed a report last year. Any ideas? I will check this post when I return home at 3:30AM.

Sent my weekly emails to R&R Venture Group, EPS, and William Thompson (The salesmen I dealt with from the scammers) notifying them that I still have not received my money back even though they have canceled my "lifetime" membership with EPS and told me that I will never get the money from them that is specifically defined in the contract.
This morning I had a email in my inbox from "Mail Administrator" with a mail address unknown to me. It told me that I should copy a provided Site address into my browser and go to the defined site. There I should enter my email address and password and my email would be updated with the latest scam detection software.
Called my E-mail administrator and verified that they had not sent this message and they picked up a copy of the email, removed it from my email files, and have sent it to their scam and fraud department to determine where it came from and the IP addresses of the machines that it passed through. In a few days we will know who sent it and supply that information to the proper local, state, and federal agencies that deal with cyber terrorism.
I will give you three guesses where that viral email came from. If you guess anyone of the three entities that received my email yesterday, you would most likely be correct. This should make us all realize the levels of lawlessness that these "chin-bearded" yokels from Ottawa, Illinois can sink to.
Addition on 7/5/2013: I just got an email from William Thompson in responce to the email that I sent him. In it he claims that it was not him or any of the other entities involved in this scam (EPS or R&R Venture Group) that sent the viral email. It is obvious that "Will T" is reading this site because he used the "Chin-bearded yokels from Ottawa Illinois" in his email reply. This post is the only place I have ever used that phrase. Thanks for the info "Willy T". We will betalking to you when the source of the viral email has been determined.

The merchant name on the credit card charge was "IVC*RRVENTURES-CUBE-BLUESBEIJING" - which was enough, along with 5 charges of just under $1000, to make Capital One call us with a fraud alert. Capital One has since credited the money back to us, but of course RR has 45 days to protest that.
donp196 wrote:Ruth..... what was the merchant name on the account that they ran your credit card through for the charge ?

You will soon be getting a call from your lead sales guy telling you that since you have disputed the charges with your credit card company and they have to return the EPS and VSI membersip fees (they haven't), they have canceled your "lifetime" membership to EPS and you no longer have your bonus points and you will not get any money from them when the six months has passed. They will also tell you that the rest of your money is non-refundable.
You need to report this to the FTC on their website. They will only react to this scam if they get enough complaints to indicate that this is a scam that is running rampant across the country. Do not hesitate to mention names, dates and specifics. There will probably not be enough room online to provide all of the details. Call the number once you have a case number and get the fax number so you can send in more information. I can post it here if that would be easier for you.

Viral e mail? Lemme guess. You have no clue about technology. We all get these messages. You are about as paranoid as any I've seen. You give too much credit to those who don't care less about you. You're probably new to email And technology in general.

PRL ( Point Rental Liquadators) is now know as EPS ( Excess Property Solutions) B.J. Cook is the owner of this company when the heat gets to hot on the rental side he renames it so when people check on the bogus rental scam they won't find the real name and his sales representatives deny knowing anything about PRL. I am sure when EPS gets to much heat he will change the name again after all what's in a name?
It is a rumor and rumor only that Robert "Guy" Russell has lost his merchant account and has ordered his sales teams to take checks (cash) because his company cannot run Master Card or Discover anymore and can only run small amounts on Visa through Bejing and Hong Kong China if that is the case it would appear his company is on the decline.
Word is Guy Russell and B.J. Cook are not paying the sales people and most or a least the smart ones are bailing out for jobs that do pay but then that is rumor we wouldn't want to report some half truths after all these two fine stand up men surely intend to pay those that have been spreading so much happiness these past few years across America with their Ponzi scheme.
More as we receive it.

Well, bbr337 (or could that be Bob Russell) nice of you to chime in and then have Phylis edit your message to get rid of almost all of the spelling or grammatical errors.
You would be surprised what I know about IT and email. I spent 30 years working in that area in some very large businesses and for some very large software companies. But nice try.
If you don't care about me, then why do you bother replying to my messages. Trust me, I care about you and your ilk. Your stupidity is what is going to bring you down. The Ottawa, Illinois chin-beards are going down, and they will "rat" you out for lessor sentences so fast your head will spin. Have a really nice day!

From the post by Ruth it looks like they got caught charging one thousand dollars five times to avoid detection but got caught anyway. The fraud department of the credit card companies will investigate. That should be enough for them to lose their merchant account. It should be just a matter of time before their entire scam machine is shut down. I'm sure the authorities are catching up with them and we will see them brought to justice.

I worked for this company and yes it is a scam and they treat their employees like dirt. I was the marketing director- puppet for this group and was fired for no call no show 6/18/2013. And apparently I also am the company mole. Lol. The things I have encountered while Working with this company puts a whole new meaning to company/employee relations. Sickening actually.

Once again I have been contacted by what I believe is the same or similar company we've all been scammed by. This is Resort Management Assistance who referenced PRS as the people that can permanently eliminate my Maintenance Fees. They will be at the Sheraton in Augusta, GA, July 20th, 1:00pm and I would be meeting with Wayne Williams. Has anyone heard these names?
Kathy G.
To kathyg394, I have not heard of Wayne Williams, but they have hired a lot of new reps. If they referenced PRL, Point Rental Liquidators they are the same people. I can find out by this time next week. They may be changing to hotels because most of the restaurants on on the look out for them. Thanks for letting all of us know. Lets shut them down before they SCAM someone else. When they call back make sure you look at what shows up on your phone, Like name, phone number, and the letters "RCI" and share that with us. Remember these guys don't use real names, everything about them is a SCAM. Thanks again. _______________________________ PS: Is this the place they will be?
