Randy Canfield's "Timeshare Enhancement and Relief Project" Team appears to be in Columbus, Ohio today, but I am not sure where their meetings are being held. He seems to have Doug Allen with him, but am still looking for the other team members.

Other Canfield TERP team members could be Tylor Couch and Benjamin Marshall.

When you file with Texas REC- be sure to try to find the REC license number for Sunset Harbor. I couldn't find it, but it will really help.

To johnm2748 How did you find out that they may be in Columbus, Ohio. Did they call you to set up a meeting? I should be able to find out the rest.

Point rental liquidators rep says they will convert my current week owned in SC plus this new purcase in TX to points and that money will pay for the new resort, all maintenance fees and I receive a check for the remaining monies left over. IS THIS A SCAM. I have until tomorrow evening to cancel this agreement. Please help me save myself if this is a scam!

You can try calling the team's marketing and ask Kesha Turner @ 678-760-3164 where they are, tell her you can't find the paper the you wrote the address on.

Could it be BJ himself?

First of all you have to find out if they used a real name. Call the Vegas office and ask for him. See if they even know him. Most of the time they don't.

Okay enough is enough. This is the blind leading the blind. Tina, I have no idea who your grandparents are but I'm sure they weren't into the program long enough to get the benefits. I am a corporate manager with PRL and the payouts have a 6-9 month payout depending on what time of the year you are depositing, how long deed closing is, and when weeks are available. It anyone would like a copy of payout chart, please request it at info@pointrentalliquidators.com. PRL is not affiliated with RCI. Sunset Harbor is an RCI affiliated resort and clients who buy timeshares there receive a free year of RCI. Many salesman pitch using VSI Vacation Services International along with it. VSI has 367 different timeshare networks that it deals with for inventory. The availability is night and day. Contractually, RCI only has to release 1/3 of the units that get deposited into them. Their availability has gotten much worse as the years have passed. You show me a person that has been a timeshare owner for 20 years and doesn't say exchange has gotten harder and I will show you either the luckiest timeshare owner in the world or a lier. VSI is like mixing many exchange networks and a club together. It deals in points and is a universal points network. Big selling point is they don't charge exchange fees. They do charge them on their normal program but with top program we use,there are no exchange fees or guest fees. PRL is a company that puts a point value on different weeks and pays out cash based on values. They are two separate companies. VRBO is a network that anyone has access too and sometimes we use them to fill client reservations by negotiating with property owners to trade one of their weeks for a desired timeshare week. Their name isn't being misused in anyway. This is like the client that called ARDA saying that we were using their name. If you read the arda letter it is buyer beware for using their name. They are a timeshare development company that is always doing fundraisers to pay their executives. That has nothing to do with PRL or VSI. They were careful in that letter to make us sound bad but without saying they actually know jack squat. No timeshare owner that has ever bought any of these entities listed above has gotten anything about ARDA in their paperwork. This was one confused client. All of this talk about AGs and whatnot is directed the wrong direction. If anything it should be me contacting red week or an AG for slander. You people don't understand the program, what is sold, how the affiliations work, or what the incentives are. You are simply comparing this to what you know and you don't know this set up. JAYJAY, this forum about my program is now 5 pages long. You have made half the posts. You are very knowledgable and I looked you up and then found your name for tugs and checked you out there too. Example, no client in the history of Sunset Harbor has done a credit card app over the phone. Do you think BofA or any major CC would allow that? Sunset harbor offers the same thing as thousands of other RCI affiliated resorts and that is the RCI credit card. People interested can apply for the card and use for the purchase. It is a very detailed app that has a picture of a CC on the form. We don't rush through paperwork. Tina, if there is anything I can do to help wherever this process is with your parents let me know. Susan I'm glad that you came back and posted. It was so frustrating to be warning people to avoid B.J. Cooke and his scam machine and then hear people wanting to give him a chance. That was his scam to lure people in and then promise them payouts after six months when they couldn't dispute the charge on their credit cards. Jayjay, Lance and myself took a lot of asbuse from B.J. and shills when we were fighting to prevent him from fleecing more victims. At one time I got very upset with people wanting to let him spew his venom. I'm just glad Susan and others were cautious enough not to fall victim to his illegal empire.

Thanks Don, JayJay, Lance, Gary W and so many more of you here in this forum for taking the time to sit down and post so that this group of scammers will know we are NOT going to just lay down and be kicked by them any more. The sad part of this is that they know it is illegal. Even tonight, Brandon B.J. Cooke and Guy Russell are together away from home. I'm sure they're going in and out of massage parlors screwing our money away and not giving a dam about the people they have stolen the money from. AND going to do it again tomorrow. Guy Russell's Empire is coming down around him thanks to all of us.

PRL or Excess Property Solutions is currently active in Huntsville, AL. It is the same story... we want to talk to you about RCI points, free dinner, put money down up front and we'll pay you back in six months, etc. Allen Collins is the "director" to whom we spoke.

Guy Russell, owner of R&R Venture Group could not ever get credit in history, soooo, his company could not have a merchant account to run credit cards or process checks. He convinced Sunset Harbor to let him run the credit cards thru the merchant account at the resort and then the resort would give him the money. The only thing Sunset Harbor got out of this deal us they sold inventory. I'm not for one or the other, I just want everyone to know that even large companies get caught up in scams they don't know about. Guy Russell, Nonna Russell & BJ Cooke are running the credit cards now processing cards with a merchant account named RR Closings (IVC). He is doing the same thing that he did when he used SHR for running his cards. He can't get a account himself because of his credit. The AG's have all this info, RCI & Texas Real Estate Comm. has cleared SHR of wrong doings. Lets just all sit back and watch everyone involved get whats coming to them. The real question is does any of this assist those who have been scammed in getting their money back? It looks like RCI is seeking its own relief and payments, but I did not see where there is any concern for the people who fell for the use of RCI's name and got hoodwinked.

RCI went after just the people that are the guilty ones. I'm sure RCI spent months making sure they had all the right info on the people that were the SCAMMERS.

It's a start. All evidence in the civil trial can be used in a criminal trial but I doubt the defendants will show up for the civil proceedings.
