Still wondering if anyone else was given the "Welcome Aboard Cruise Certificate" of a bargain priced cruise from HSI? They list the ships and locations and tell you to go to Expecia.com for itineraries and then give them your selection. I guess I was hoping something might work after wasting all of this money!

I just got a call from a company called "Deep Sky Property Specialists" wanting to buy this time share from me. Anybody heard of these guys? I checked them out and it looks like a brand new company with no track record (smells like time share scam already!).
The person I spoke with said that he has a buyer who is trying to buy up as many 2BR/Multiple week units as possible in order to gain a controlling interest.
They are not asking for any upfront fees, and said they only get paid when the sales is complete, with nothing out of pocket for the seller.
Just wondering if any of you have gotten this same call and what do you think about it?
Thanks,
Tim

They are supposedly based out of Clayton, Missouri. I don't think they are real...very vanilla web site. They are also brand new with no track record, BBB rating, etc. Perfect setup for another scam firm in that they have no track record/history.
When I told them my brother lives in St. Louis and is coming over to check out their office, the guy hesitated and said he needed an appointment first. I flat out asked him if they physically had an office there and he said that this is the official mailing address. When I looked at the address on Google/Bing, it seems like a large building, and they cannot possibly own the building....they have no office or suite number listed in their address, so it has to be the whole building.
I think this is another Omnicorp fake office type of deal, they are probably based out of Mexico using VOIP for their phone numbers to look like it is in U.S.
Also, although they do not get money from the seller upfront, only after the sale on their commission, they wanted me to sign a non-disclosure agreement. If that doesn't smell I don't know what does.

I got the same calls and emails. They are waiting for my respond. I called my company that I bought my weeks from, and they said they a scam. Supposely, Deep Sky has a complain filed against them. BUT my company wouldn't give me any info on the complaint, and I couldn't find one on the website. Anyone else have more info?

I got the same calls and emails, had a hard time finding anyone that had, had any dealings with them. I received a letter of intent and Resale agreement, and a Closing agreement from Titanium Escrow Advisors out of Denver Colorado. Thank goodnesss i found this webssite.

I also received a call and letter of intent from Deep Sky Property Specialists. I was trying to figure out what the scam was. No money up front. I may go forward and see what comes next. I have Grand Bliss. Is everyone they contact from the Grand Mayan Group.

I also have two weeks for a 1-bathroom Grand Bliss with the VIDA group. I haven't heard back from the Deep Sky Property since I told them I had contacted my VIDA group regarding information about them. I was sure thought they were legitimate. Especially, since there is no upfront charges. Let me know how things goes with you with them. Rosa

We have 1 +1 at grand Bliss. We received the same calls and letters . We have gone over Each item with Deep Sky and we recorded the call on our end. We are going to see where it goes....Titanium Escrow Advisors is the sketchy part... Can't find any info on them but I'll keep looking.

I jsut got defrauded by the marketing company at Las Palmas resort.... this is a big sham. they promise all kinds of stuff, including right to cancel, use very high pressure sales technique to get you to sign the docs. I may have to sue these guys, i.e. CS Sharing SA with whom the contract is signed. Which laywer are you guys using? Andy.

Trust me, they are all crooks. The company name has been changed 4 times since we bought April 2011. We were scammed out of over $16,000.00. They will paint a pretty picture but you will NOT get anything that they promise. We tried to get our money back using Visa, BBB, Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission. You will get no where! Stay away from these crooks.
