Divine Getaways
Okay. If it's sounds too good to be true, then it probably is. I was just about to activate my free cruise/airfare postcards, but do not think I will. Has anyone sent theirs in (with checks)? If so, what were the results? While I too felt that the presentation was unprofessional, I can't imagine these folks are getting away with this. Has anyone out there received the "free" cruise/airfare without any problems? Thanks.

YES~ Stay away from them if you live on the WEST coast. Their hours are EST, so you can never talk to someone in the evening. I have tried to communicate with them via email, and they are awful! Stay away from them!!! Horrible customer service, tell everyone you know!

They are in Overland Park, Kansas this week. They are at the Ramada Inn at 20 Shawnee Mission Pkwy. They were here all week and I think there last day is Sunday. Sounded like fun but looked way too much like a scam to me. We didn't buy anything and will not be sending in any vouchers.

We bought this product only to find that it is next to impossible to book a vacation let alone for a discount. This company never returned any of our requests for information within the three day refund period. We have been hung up on, left on hold forever, emails have bounced back undeliverable and flat out this is a very BAD company playing a shell game. Moving from town to town and name to name with the background parent company always out of the picture, offering great deals on travel only to find they put you on hold, log on to the same site you go to yourself on the Internet and give you the same deal you could have gotten without them. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY....YOU WILL LOSE IT.

That much clearly stated, be advised that "slander" is ORALLY stating something false or malicious (...not something stated in writing, which instead falls into the realm of potential LIBEL).
EITHER deliberate slander OR libel can easily result in your being successfully sued for financial damages by your subject if your trumpeted material is in any way defamatory, malicious or false. Freedom of speech stops well short of protecting the dissemination of knowingly defamatory, malicious or false material. Accordingly, I'd suggest making VERY sure that every word of every negative item you choose to post on your "facebook" venue is both true and factually accurate to the best of your knowledge and belief. Your openly stating, in advance, an INTENT to slander is (to say the least) NOT too smart at all, as it essentially openly states to the entire world your intention to overtly undertake a legally actionable activity (i.e., slander and / or libel). Using the Internet to do so certainly does NOT give you any kind of protective "shield" to safely hide behind.
Your statement of intent to "slander" is definitely not too bright...
